The store was built in 1974 and is located on the corner of Interstate 40 and Old Fort Worth Highway.
It opened in the 1970s and has been around for a few years.
It has a small outdoor seating area and is about a half mile south of I-40.
The owner said the location has been empty for some time and that he has a plan to turn it into an apartment building.
The gas station has a few employees and is owned by two family members.
Leer has two other gas stations in Texas, including one in Fort Worth, Texas.
The company has about 600 employees and has about $1.6 billion in revenue.
